As of 2016, Grupo Roble’s real estate development in Costa Rica included the construction of 310,000 m2 of commercial area, 122,000 m2 of office space, and the building of prestigious hotels such as the Real Intercontinental & Club Tower Hotel, the JW Marriott Guanacaste Resort, and the Quality Hotel, totaling 774 rooms with the highest standards.
